At ChicMama™, we offer FREE shipping on every 
order worldwide — no minimum spend required. 
No hidden fees. No surprises at checkout.

PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days 
after payment confirmation. Orders placed on 
weekends or public holidays will be processed 
the next business day. You will receive a 
confirmation email with your tracking number 
once your order has shipped.

United Kingdom : 5-8 business days
Canada : 7-12 business days
Australia : 7-12 business days
Ireland & EU : 7-14 business days

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order ships, you will receive an email 
with your tracking number. You can track your 
order directly on our website or via the 
carrier's website. Please allow 24-48 hours 
for tracking information to update.

CUSTOMS & DUTIES

ChicMama™ ships internationally from our 
fulfillment centers. International orders may 
be subject to customs duties and taxes imposed 
by your country. These charges are the 
responsibility of the customer. ChicMama™ 
is not responsible for any customs delays 
or additional charges.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES

If your order has not arrived within the 
estimated delivery window, please contact us at 
info@chicmama.store. We will investigate 
with the carrier and do our best to resolve 
the situation as quickly as possible.

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS

Please double-check your shipping address before 
placing your order. ChicMama™ is not responsible 
for orders shipped to an incorrect address 
provided by the customer. If you notice an 
error, contact us immediately at 
info@chicmama.store and we will do our best 
to correct it before shipment.
